Position: Regional Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Representative will be expected to sell industry leading data storage solutions to new and existing accounts while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with a career path to senior sales and/or sales management.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Sell products.
• Build relationships to generate both new business and repeat business while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Act proactively to create opportunities.
• Make calls to targeted accounts and demonstrate knowledge and confidence while interacting with C level prospects.
• Handle incoming sales calls from sales prospects.
• Conduct in person sales calls and web-based product presentations.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skill and Ability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Manage multiple relationships well.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Aggressive, competitive and committed.
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
• Effective time management skills.

Education and Formal Training:
• College or University degree required. Data Archive & Storage experience a plus.

Experience:
• Prior telemarketing and/or sales experience is preferred.
